Customer Guidelines

Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At Buri Thai Therapeutic, we reserve your appointment time especially for you. To help us serve all clients fairly, we kindly request:

24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling
No-show appointments may be charged the full-service amount
Clients arriving late may receive a shorter session while paying the full-service price

We appreciate your support and understanding.

• All session times include consultation, preparation, undressing, and redressing.

(For example, a 60-minute session includes approximately 55 minutes of hands-on treatment.)

Each session is thoughtfully structured to include time for a brief consultation and preparation, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience.

• Buri Thai Therapeutic reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at its discretion, either prior to or during any session, in accordance with applicable laws. This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving inappropriate behavior, safety concerns, or failure to follow our established guidelines. In such cases, any remaining session time will be forfeited, and full payment for the scheduled service will still be required.

• We are committed to maintaining a calm and professional environment that prioritizes the comfort, safety, and respect of both our clients and our team. We are a professional wellness establishment.
No sexual activity or inappropriate behavior is tolerated.

Any request for illegal or inappropriate services will result in:

Immediate termination of the session
Full payment being charged
Permanent refusal of future services (client will be blocked from our system)

• Appointments will automatically cancel if you are more than 15 minutes late and will be recorded as a no-show. After two no-shows, future bookings will require full prepayment.
